Excellent location for access to the city center, but the instructions for access to the hotel by car and how to park there were poor. It is much easier than the instructions would indicate. However, the parking lift for the car did not function properly at times, so was not dependable. This problem was solved when I parked outside the entrance on ground level. The hotel's single lift was blocked by cleaning staff when we arrived (2pm), which meant a ten minute wait to get upstairs with our luggage. The bed was very comfortable and room was very stylish--small but very comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

je signale qu'il a été impossible d'avoir un taxi à 9h30 dimanche matin pour la gare. Obligée d'y aller à pied dans l'urgence. Il faudrait conseiller à vos clients de réserver la veille pour le lendemain quand il s'agit d'un départ le dimanche matin.
